Your projects & funding
The Unperfekthaus offers a wealth of possibilities for private, non-profit, and commercial users: It has numerous event spaces, a large apartment for overnight stays, a luxurious hotel, potential uses for a real church, a seminar center, an extraordinary boat, and a project apartment in Berlin. Many of these can be booked as usual (here...), but if you want to use our resources for something we deem worthy of funding (yes, we decide that, there is no legal right to it), then we will give it all to you for free!
And the best part: Our funding is private, so we can forgo donation receipts and therefore also support private initiatives that convince us. We support, for example, Events that strengthen our society, bring people together, reduce hatred and discrimination or Events that strengthen the community in the unperfektClub.

Please inquire here, perhaps we can offer you rooms for your event completely free of charge.
Note: Even under the normal conditions at Unperfekthaus, you can host open events at extremely low prices, to which you can also invite strangers. Everyone pays just €7 for the space, equipment, and unlimited coffee specialties and soft drinks. Read more...

It's mostly used for company team meetings and seminars, but as a member, you can use it for your seminar groups at special rates. And if you do something for our society, then it will perhaps even completely free. Please inquire here...

If the Unperfekthaus is too small, or if you are organizing a large event that focuses on interreligious coexistence, then we can perhaps We also made the neighboring Protestant Church of the Holy Cross available. Unperfekthaus paid for the renovation, so we have the right to use it. Read more...

A seminar hotel nestled in the forest by a crystal-clear swimming lake, a one-hour drive from Berlin. The Unperfekthaus has a right of use, which we offer to groups committed to our community: 30 beds, seminar rooms, a yoga room, a fireplace lounge, a sauna, and much more. Read more...

The most amazing boat on the Spree is the Unkraut. We help finance it, so we can often arrange for groups to cruise around Berlin on it for a few hours. You can turn it into a team event, a workshop, or bring people together. Read more...

Individual support
Clubs and individuals can perhaps receive a scholarship for the use of desks, workshops and seminar rooms in the Unperfekthaus. Please contact us hereif you want to award a scholarship or are looking for one.
Promote broadly
In planning Companies and private individuals can pay small or large amounts into our sponsorship pot, and a jury decides once a year which projects in the Unperfekthaus will be supported.
3. In a few cases, we provide venture capital to members
In individual cases, Unperfekthaus provides venture capital for startups that build a company that is both profit-oriented AND good for society. Because self-interest and public benefit are not mutually exclusive, and combining the two is a great art.
