You can meet up with your team, clients, friends or co-workers in a business center, a hotel… rather lame. Or you come to us, book one or all of our numerous, perfectly equipped seminar or event rooms... and get the whole colourful, cheerful imperfect house on top. In between, watch one of our artists at work. Find out what's going on in the workshop, get inspiration in the memorabilia and then chill with a drink on the roof terrace with a view of the colliery towers. Our restaurant spoils you as you wish, from finger food to a buffet. And if you want, you can even stay with us, noble or comfortable, just as you want. By the way, we can also barcamp. But hello!
The Unperfekthaus is ideal for committed people - privately or in companies. Of course, most seminars, workshops or celebrations are limited to individual rooms, but this video shows that you can also put the entire house under one topic.

Offene Events
You can use any free space spontaneously or reserve it in advance, alone or with a group. If others can come along, then non-members pay the entrance fee (incl. drinks flat rate), but there is no rent. Ideal for initiatives, clubs,... who are looking forward to new prospects. And of course you can order food and drinks as usual. More...
closed events
Simply reserve one or more rooms or even the entire house exclusively for your event, seminar, celebration and decide who will take part / who will be invited, etc. In this case we will calculate the rent below for the room and any food and drink requests (more...).
Events subject to admission
Organize a concert, lecture, seminar or similar as a startup or private individual without having to pay a fixed room rental? Maybe we can do 50/50 with what's left after the entrance fee is deducted! Send us an email and we'll talk... For our stage (222) you can even use the costs directly as tickets for your fans, see here....
In other places, you alone have to provide the reason for your guests/visitors/participants to come.
The attractiveness of the place is added to the Unperfekthaus.
Prices
We love clear, simple structures, so we don't expect you to have to communicate with us before you find out what rooms cost.
Simply rent the rooms for up to 4 or up to 8 hours as a seminar room for the maximum number of people specified.
4-hour use please either between 8am-1pm or between 2pm-7pm. There is a 20% surcharge for more than 8 hours.
For celebrations, the 8-hour price always applies, plus a night surcharge of €400 if applicable.
Clarity and simplicity:
And any amount of cappuccino, espresso, tea, cola, lemonade, spritzers,... is included in the price!
